Moje ch\u016fze po chodb\u011b m\u00e1 na m\u00edle daleko od nesly\u0161n\u00e9, v\u0161ichni se ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed. Na podzim (a kdy\u017e je sn\u00edh tak i v zim\u011b) m\u011b m\u016f\u017eete podle vyhraban\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy list\u00ed na cest\u011b, kudy jsem \u0161la, n\u00e1dhern\u011b vysledovat. Za styl bych v hodnocen\u00ed taky nedostala vysok\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky, pokud ch\u016fze ala robot neve\u0161la do m\u00f3dy. Pad\u00e1 mi \u0161pi\u010dka.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem byla zdrav\u00e1, v\u00e1\u017en\u011b m\u011b nikdy nenapadlo zamyslet se nad ch\u016fz\u00ed, je to p\u0159eci p\u0159irozen\u00e1 v\u011bc, n\u011bco, co ned\u011bl\u00e1me v\u011bdom\u011b. Ale kdy\u017e m\u011b nohy za\u010daly neposlouchat, je to naopak v\u011bc, kterou u\u017e nikdy nebudu br\u00e1t jako samoz\u0159ejmost. Od chv\u00edle, co to zdravotn\u00ed situace dovolila,\u00a0 jsem m\u011bla intenzivn\u00ed rehabilitace. Posilovala jsem, aby b\u0159icho bylo dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00fd a dok\u00e1zalo zvednout nohu, aby nohy byly co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, Vojtova metoda\u2026, no prost\u011b v\u0161echno co se dalo. Obecn\u011b cvi\u010dit je ur\u010dit\u011b dob\u0159e, ale po\u0159\u00e1d byl m\u016fj styl hlasit\u00fd a ch\u016fze m\u011b st\u00e1la hodn\u011b sil. A pak jednou, zhruba po roce na jedn\u00e9 z dal\u0161\u00edch fyzioterapi\u00ed, na m\u011b \u010dekal nachystan\u00fd p\u011bkn\u00fd set v\u0161elijak\u00fdch pom\u016fcek proti pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky, kter\u00e9 jsem si vyzkou\u0161ela.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee je tohle t\u00e9ma pom\u011brn\u011b komplexn\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00e9 pom\u016fcce, kterou jsem zkou\u0161ela, se na m\u00e9m blogu budu v\u011bnovat samostatn\u011b. Stejn\u011b jako procesu \u017e\u00e1dosti o pom\u016fcku nebo\u00a0cvi\u010den\u00ed proti pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky, bez kter\u00e9ho to prost\u011b stejn\u011b nikdy nep\u016fjde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co vlastn\u011b je to pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky\/nohy (tzv. Foot drop)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K pad\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e se naru\u0161\u00ed nervov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy mezi nohou a mozkem. Mozek v podstat\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, abyste zvedli nohu\/kotn\u00edk, ale noha\/kotn\u00edk neposlouch\u00e1, informace se k n\u00ed nedostane, a bu\u010f nedojde k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu pohybu, nebo k pohybu minim\u00e1ln\u00edmu. Krom\u011b toho nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt noha p\u0159i ch\u016fzi spr\u00e1vn\u011b zarovn\u00e1na a m\u016f\u017ee tak zt\u011b\u017eovat pohyb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jak si m\u016f\u017eete otestovat, zda u v\u00e1s doch\u00e1z\u00ed k poklesu nohou<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u0159i kroku vp\u0159ed se va\u0161e zadn\u00ed noha m\u016f\u017ee jakoby t\u00e1hnout a prsty se p\u0159i ch\u016fzi ot\u00edraj\u00ed o zem.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud jste schopni zvednout nohu, ale p\u0159istihnete se, \u017ee va\u0161e noha kles\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159i ch\u016fzi sly\u0161\u00edte, jak va\u0161e boty pleskaj\u00ed o zem.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mus\u00edte p\u0159id\u00e1vat extra energii na zved\u00e1n\u00ed nohy, abyste nezakopli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pod\u00edvejte se na p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00fdch bot. Boty vykazuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed v oblasti p\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky \u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00edm o zem?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cvi\u010den\u00ed (s pom\u016fckami)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 jsem za\u010d\u00ednala svoji pr\u00e1ci proti pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky na rehabilitaci a mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je to ta nejlep\u0161\u00ed cesta. Koneckonc\u016f, je to moje zdrav\u00ed a cht\u011bla jsem v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee jsem ud\u011blala opravdu v\u0161echno, ne\u017e jsem p\u0159e\u0161la na oporu pom\u016fcek. Cvik\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete vyzkou\u0161et, je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, ale to nejm\u00e9n\u011b, co pro sebe m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk ud\u011blat, p\u0159itom se super v\u00fdsledky, je oby\u010dejn\u00e9 zved\u00e1n\u00ed nohy. Hezky spr\u00e1vn\u011b veden\u00e9, nejde o po\u010det zdvih\u016f, ani o rychlost, ale o kvalitu. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i tento cvik se d\u00e1 p\u0159izp\u016fsobit va\u0161im mo\u017enostem, d\u00e1 se d\u011blat i v sed\u011b. Cvik pak vypad\u00e1, jako byste si poklep\u00e1vali nohou o zem &#8211; nohou poklep\u00e1v\u00e1te op\u011bt pomalu a \u0159\u00edzen\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co v\u00e1m budu pov\u00eddat, taky se mi n\u011bkdy nechce, ale p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t zvednout nohu nen\u00ed takov\u00fd probl\u00e9m, abych si k tomu dok\u00e1zala vymyslet v\u00fdmluvu a to jsem hodn\u011b kreativn\u00ed. Nakonec jsem ale ke cvi\u010den\u00ed za\u0159adila i pomocn\u00edky. Nemluv\u00edm te\u010f o hol\u00edch a chod\u00edtku, ale o t\u011bch, co jsou p\u0159\u00edmo d\u011blan\u00e9 proti pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky a usnadn\u011bn\u00ed ch\u016fze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pom\u016fcky<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem pom\u016fcek je zamezen\u00ed pad\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky tak, \u017ee nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 kotn\u00edk v uzam\u010den\u00e9 pozici. To je dob\u0159e, ale tak\u00e9 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nebudete p\u0159i ch\u016fzi pou\u017e\u00edvat sv\u00e9 svaly moc efektivn\u011b. M\u011bjte ale na pam\u011bti hlavn\u00ed \u00fa\u010del pom\u016fcky, kter\u00fdm je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed va\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti. Jestli se tedy c\u00edt\u00edte p\u0159i ch\u016fzi nejist\u011b, rozhodn\u011b m\u011bjte pom\u016fcku na sob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pom\u016fcek je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, od voln\u011b prodejn\u00fdch, po ty na p\u0159edpis a od plastov\u00fdch, l\u00e1tkov\u00fdch, a\u017e po ty karbonov\u00e9. To v\u0161echno z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na zdravotn\u00edm stavu. Ne v\u0161echny pom\u016fcky m\u00e1m zat\u00edm otestovan\u00e9 dlouhodob\u011b, kdy\u017e nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m zkou\u0161en\u00ed na fyzioterapii. Obr\u00e1tila jsem se proto na pana ortotika, kter\u00fd mi s v\u00fdb\u011brem m\u00e9 pom\u016fcky a celkov\u00fdmi informacemi velmi pomohl, je\u0161t\u011b s dotazy p\u0159i psan\u00ed sv\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f.\u00a0\u010casem se tu do\u010dtete o Saebo, Xtern a v\u0161ech variant\u00e1ch WalkOnu, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed sv\u00fdmi dovednostmi a indikacemi, ale i o voln\u011b prodejn\u00fdch pom\u016fck\u00e1ch. Nic nebr\u00e1n\u00ed tomu m\u00edt ji cel\u00fd den, kdy\u017e jdete na del\u0161\u00ed proch\u00e1zku, m\u00e1te za sebou nebo p\u0159ed sebou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd den, prost\u011b si pot\u0159ebujete trochu pomoct.\u00a0N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i se boj\u00ed, \u017ee jej\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm si svaly odvyknou. Naproti tomu m\u016fj obl\u00edben\u00fd pan ortotik \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee no\u0161en\u00ed pom\u016fcky je v\u00fdhodou. Kdy\u017e budete m\u00edt tu spr\u00e1vnou, krom\u011b toho, \u017ee u\u0161et\u0159\u00edte energii vynalo\u017eenou na ch\u016fzi, tak po \u010dase jej\u00edho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed si v\u00e1\u0161 mozek op\u011bt zvykne na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed a styl ch\u016fze. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zmi\u0148uje, \u017ee je t\u0159eba m\u00edt i chv\u00edle bez pom\u016fcky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m na dlouh\u00e9 trasy (v m\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b 1-2 km), ale doma chod\u00edm bez nich. Tak\u017ee pokud v\u00e1\u0161 zdravotn\u00ed stav umo\u017e\u0148uje, je dobr\u00e9 si vyrazit t\u0159eba \u201cjen\u201d z auta ke dve\u0159\u00edm bez pom\u016fcky. V\u0161echno z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, jak na tom jste a jak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd m\u00e1te den. Je to takov\u00e1 obecn\u00e1 rada, ale vy v\u00edte, \u017ee to tak prost\u011b je. Pom\u016fcka nevr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u00e1tky ztracen\u00fd funkce, nevyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed. Pom\u016fcka prost\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 a snad nikoho ne\u0161okuje, \u017ee pro udr\u017een\u00ed stavu nebo p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed prost\u011b cvi\u010dit a pravideln\u011b na sob\u011b pracovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Najd\u011bt\u011b si odborn\u00edka, kter\u00e9mu budete v\u011b\u0159it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Co chci ale ur\u010dit\u011b \u0159\u00edct na z\u00e1v\u011br\u2026 Ta sam\u00e1 pom\u016fcka, co m\u00e1m j\u00e1, nebyla dobr\u00e1 pro kamar\u00e1dku s podobn\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. Rozhodn\u011b tedy nedejte na tvrzen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch pacient\u016f, \u017ee konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pom\u016fcka je z\u00e1zrak. Mo\u017en\u00e1 pomohla doty\u010dn\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m ji v nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00ed\u0159e a s nejlep\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed doporu\u010doval, ale nemus\u00ed pomoct pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00e1m.
