Dlouho jsem si myslela, \u017ee se za volant nikdy nevr\u00e1t\u00edm. Pak jsem ale narazila na autotrena\u017e\u00e9r a \u0159ekla si: Pro\u010d to nezkusit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017divot bez volantu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem se po hospitalizaci na neurologii dostala na rehabilitaci, m\u011bla jsem za to, \u017ee ot\u00e1zka jestli jsem \u0159\u00eddila, je jen takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed hovoru ze strany l\u00e9ka\u0159e. Tak jsem sebev\u011bdom\u011b p\u0159isv\u011bd\u010dila: &#8220;No jasn\u011b, \u0159idi\u010d\u00e1k m\u00e1m, jsem p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00fd \u0159idi\u010d.&#8221;. \u201c&#8230;no, to u\u017e te\u010f nebude mo\u017en\u00e9.\u201d zareagoval pan doktor. Nebude mo\u017en\u00e9? No jasn\u011b, nejsem vrah, v\u0161ak jsem po\u0159\u00e1d trochu popleten\u00e1, \u0159\u00edkala jsem si a d\u00e1l tomu nev\u011bnovala moc pozornost. Stejn\u011b bych te\u010f ne\u0159\u00eddila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nev\u00edm, vlastn\u011b, co m\u011blo na doporu\u010den\u00ed ne\u0159\u00eddit vliv. Jestli to, \u017ee nefungovala ruka a nohy, nebo pan doktor vzal do \u00favahy i kognitivn\u00ed deficit. A\u017e p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00ed rehospitalizaci jsem n\u00e1hodou zjistila, \u017ee na l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd popud byl m\u016fj \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz ofici\u00e1ln\u011b zastaven na magistr\u00e1tu. Tak\u017ee jen p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed? Ne, natvrdo stopka. A up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b? Zapla\u0165p\u00e1nb\u016fh za to. Nezlob\u00edm se. Naopak. Je dob\u0159e, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i hl\u00eddaj\u00ed, kdo je na silnici bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a kdo u\u017e ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen\u017ee to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se s t\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bk snadno sm\u00ed\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;Najednou jsem byla \u00fapln\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na ostatn\u00edch. P\u0159iv\u00e9zt, odv\u00e9zt, \u010dekat, domlouvat se, prosit. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1s mus\u00ed n\u011bkdo vozit, p\u0159ipad\u00e1te si jak d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 rodi\u010de vod\u00ed na krou\u017eky. A to nemluv\u00edm o tom, \u017ee mi u\u017e tak pom\u00e1haj\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edm \u2013 od myt\u00ed vlas\u016f po ka\u017edodenn\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Touha po v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed samostatnosti m\u011b ale neopustila.&nbsp; Ale jak u\u017e to b\u00fdv\u00e1, \u010dlov\u011bk chce alespo\u0148 n\u011bco zkusit. A tak jsem za\u010dala hledat mo\u017enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simul\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd mi vr\u00e1til nad\u011bji na \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po 4 letech intenzivn\u00edho fyziotr\u00e9ningu a kognitivn\u00edho cvi\u010den\u00ed na m\u011b jednoho dne na Facebooku vysko\u010dila reklama na autotrena\u017e\u00e9r od ErgoAktiv. O nich jsem u\u017e n\u011bco sly\u0161ela &#8211; ale jejich slu\u017eby nevyu\u017e\u00edvala, m\u00e1m svoj\u00ed bezvadnou rehabilitaci, nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b kousek od domu. Ale \u017ee maj\u00ed trena\u017e\u00e9r pro lidi s po\u0161kozen\u00fdm mozkem? To m\u011b hned zaujalo. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsem ne\u010dekala, \u017ee bych obratem sedla za volant a jela na n\u00e1kup. \u0158\u00edkala jsem si \u2013 to by mohlo b\u00fdt n\u011bco, kde bych mohla ov\u011b\u0159it sv\u00e9 schopnosti a p\u0159itom nezp\u016fsobit nehodu a nikomu neubl\u00ed\u017eit. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by mi to mohlo alespo\u0148 nazna\u010dit, jestli m\u00e1m \u0161anci a my\u0161lenka n\u00e1vratu za volant d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, pro\u010d v\u016fbec n\u011bco jako autotrena\u017e\u00e9r existuje. Kognitivn\u00ed poruchy toti\u017e ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed mnohem v\u00edc, ne\u017e si \u010dasto sami uv\u011bdomujeme \u2013 t\u0159eba schopnost soust\u0159edit se, reagovat na zm\u011bny nebo se spr\u00e1vn\u011b rozhodnout ve stresu. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tyhle dovednosti za volantem pot\u0159ebuje. Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s kognitivn\u00edmi poruchami, jako je Parkinsonova choroba, Alzheimerova choroba nebo po c\u00e9vn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhod\u011b, dos\u00e1hli v testech podstatn\u011b hor\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad v jednom webov\u00e9m testu (wBCST) a\u017e o 52 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho sk\u00f3re ne\u017e zdrav\u00ed lid\u00e9. To se pak p\u0159\u00edmo prom\u00edt\u00e1 do j\u00edzdy: del\u0161\u00ed reakce, hor\u0161\u00ed odhad vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 schopnost rozd\u011blit pozornost. A p\u0159esn\u011b proto je trena\u017e\u00e9r tak cenn\u00fd \u2013 bezpe\u010dn\u011b uk\u00e1\u017ee, jak na tom \u010dlov\u011bk opravdu je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objednat se na zkou\u0161ku trena\u017eeru tedy d\u00e1valo smysl a bylo \u00fapln\u011b jednoduch\u00e9 \u2013 sta\u010dilo zavolat. Byli neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00ed, p\u0159izp\u016fsobili se m\u00fdm mo\u017enostem \u2013 t\u0159eba tomu, aby m\u011b p\u0159\u00edtel mohl p\u0159iv\u00e9st a nemusel kv\u016fli tomu zru\u0161it p\u016fl dne v pr\u00e1ci i kdy\u017e to bylo mimo pracovn\u00ed dobu Ergoaktivu. P\u0159inesla jsem l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy, a pobavili se o tom, co je re\u00e1ln\u00e9 a co ne, a pak u\u017e m\u011b \u010dekala prvn\u00ed j\u00edzda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V oblo\u017een\u00ed obrazovek ve sportovn\u00ed seda\u010dce<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prost\u0159ed\u00ed v ErgoAktivu p\u016fsobilo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b a nen\u00e1siln\u011b &#8211; \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 stroh\u00e1 ordinace, sp\u00ed\u0161e prostory, kde si p\u0159ipad\u00e1te jako na mas\u00e1\u017ei nebo j\u00f3ze. A tam ji\u017e na m\u011b \u010dekal trena\u017e\u00e9r. Vychytan\u00fd, speci\u00e1ln\u011b upraven\u00e9 programy pro pacienty s onemocn\u011bn\u00edm nebo posti\u017een\u00edm mozku, kter\u00fd navrhli studenti z \u010cVUT. Sed\u00edte v z\u00e1vodn\u00ed seda\u010dce, obklopeni t\u0159emi monitory. Hlavn\u00ed monitor je p\u0159ed v\u00e1mi \u2013 simuluje \u010deln\u00ed sklo. Dal\u0161\u00ed dva funguj\u00ed jako bo\u010dn\u00ed ok\u00e9nka. K tomu volant, ped\u00e1ly, \u0159adic\u00ed p\u00e1ka, zp\u00e1te\u010dka, ru\u010dn\u00ed brzda \u2013 prost\u011b pln\u00e1 v\u00fdbava, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd automat ani jin\u00e9 manu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fapravy pro hendikepovan\u00e9. Sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s trena\u017e\u00e9rem, reakce na volant, j\u00edzda po tr\u00e1v\u011b, abych do ni\u010deho nenabourala. Pak udr\u017een\u00ed v pruhu, testov\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zna\u010dek.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fakol? Dr\u017eet se na silnici, nevyjet z dr\u00e1hy a dojet na stanoven\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Pak p\u0159i\u0161el test hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed si rychlosti \u2013 jet, dr\u017eet stabiln\u00ed tempo a nevyjet z pruhu. A nakonec kompletn\u00ed j\u00edzda podle pravidel a zna\u010dek, v\u010detn\u011b udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed si bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed od ostatn\u00edch virtu\u00e1ln\u00edch vozidel. No, to \u0161lo jak\u017e tak\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e u\u017e jsem si za\u010dala p\u0159ipadat jako z\u00e1vodn\u00edk, pan\u00ed lektorka trochu p\u0159itvrdila. Za\u010dala se mnou konverzovat \u2013 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u0159e\u010di jako v aut\u011b, co se tak \u010dlov\u011bk pt\u00e1 spolujezdce. A ne, nebylo to jen p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 pokec\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 \u0161lo o tr\u00e9nink pozornosti, aby se vid\u011blo, jak moc m\u011b rozh\u00e1z\u00ed multitasking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pak se p\u0159idalo cvi\u010den\u00ed s tla\u010d\u00edtkem na volantu. Kdy\u017e se na monitoru objevil \u010dtvere\u010dek, musela jsem zm\u00e1\u010dknout konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed tla\u010d\u00edtko. Zn\u00ed jednodu\u0161e? Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale jde o rozd\u011blenou pozornost a ta ob\u010das um\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u011bkn\u00e1 potvora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhoda trena\u017e\u00e9ru? M\u016f\u017eete si vybrat, kde budete jezdit \u2013 vesnici s men\u0161\u00edm provozem, nebo d\u00e1lnici. D\u00e1lnici jsem zvl\u00e1dala docela dob\u0159e, a\u017e na to odhadov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou, ale tam mi bylo jasn\u00e9, \u017ee to chce \u010das a praxi. Taky jsem m\u011bla pocit, \u017ee obraz kolem auta ub\u00edh\u00e1 a\u017e moc rychle. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se mi to zd\u00e1lo, ale v re\u00e1ln\u00e9 j\u00edzd\u011b autem mi p\u0159ijde, \u017ee p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 rychlosti prost\u0159ed\u00ed kolem neub\u00edh\u00e1 tak zb\u011bsile. Ale po\u0159\u00e1d je to jen simul\u00e1tor \u2013 t\u0159i monitory, ne realita. Jeden z \u00fakol\u016f? Zapamatovat si, kolem jak\u00fdch obchod\u016f proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edm \u2013 banky, restaurace, kav\u00e1rny, opravny\u2026 A pak je zp\u011btn\u011b vyjmenovat. Vizualizace prost\u0159ed\u00ed byla v\u00e1\u017en\u011b poveden\u00e1, v\u0161echno hezky trefn\u00e9 a realistick\u00e9. Kdy\u017e mi tohle \u0161lo, lektorka p\u0159itvrdila je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc \u2013 u\u017e ne jen obchody, ale konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1zvy bank a potravin. No a nakonec zaparkovat! Je to po\u0159\u00e1d jen trena\u017e\u00e9r. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zrc\u00e1tka nemaj\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b re\u00e1ln\u00e9 vlastnosti. To je skv\u011bl\u00e9, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017eete sledovat pokrok. Po p\u00e1r j\u00edzd\u00e1ch jsem dostala doporu\u010den\u00ed vyzkou\u0161et si skute\u010dn\u00e9 auto \u2013 v auto\u0161kole, kter\u00e1 spolupracuje s ErgoAktivem. Jen\u017ee je pro m\u011b daleko, tak\u017ee budu hledat n\u011bjakou vst\u0159\u00edcnou auto\u0161kolu bl\u00ed\u017e domovu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b, po trena\u017eeru si u\u017e nejsem tak jist\u00e1, jestli na \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed n\u011bkdy zase budu m\u00edt. Pozornost a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed jsou pro m\u011b velk\u00e1 v\u00fdzva. A m\u00e1m kolem sebe dost lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed mi p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu sebereflexe. N\u011bkdy je prost\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 si p\u0159ipustit realitu a trochu se brzdit, kdy\u017e sama si vlastn\u011b p\u0159ijdu, \u017ee bych \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v pohodi\u010dce zvl\u00e1dla.\u00a0A pr\u00e1v\u011b v tom je ten trena\u017e\u00e9r geni\u00e1ln\u00ed. D\u00e1 v\u00e1m bezpe\u010dn\u00fd prostor zjistit, jak na tom opravdu jste. A taky v\u00e1s trochu vr\u00e1t\u00ed nohama na zem, kdy\u017e si moc fand\u00edte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i psan\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nku jsem narazila je\u0161t\u011b na jednu zaj\u00edmavou v\u011bc &#8211; studii, kter\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee v pocitech um\u00edm\/neum\u00edm, zvl\u00e1dnu\/nezvl\u00e1dnu nejsem sama. V\u00fdzkumy toti\u017e ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s kognitivn\u00edmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi v d\u016fsledku po\u0161kozen\u00ed mozku \u010dasto sv\u00e9 schopnosti hodnot\u00ed mnohem optimisti\u010dt\u011bji, ne\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 realit\u011b, a to v mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e ne\u017e sv\u00e9 schopnosti p\u0159ece\u0148uj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed lid\u00e9. Schopnost pacient\u016f realisticky posoudit, co v\u0161echno je\u0161t\u011b zvl\u00e1dnou, je z d\u016fvodu nemoci prost\u011b naru\u0161ena. A proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt vedle vlastn\u00edho pocitu i n\u011bco, co n\u00e1m nastav\u00ed zrcadlo.\u00a0Simul\u00e1tory nejen\u017ee pom\u00e1haj\u00ed testovat re\u00e1ln\u00e9 schopnosti, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00e1vaj\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu, kter\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku otev\u0159e o\u010di &#8211; a zlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti nejen sv\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ale i sebehodnocen\u00ed. A n\u011bkdy je to p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Ale hlavn\u011b je to up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e9. A kdy\u017e v\u00edme, odkud vych\u00e1z\u00edme, m\u00e1me \u0161anci se posunout d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00fd fakt, \u017ee jsem si to mohla vyzkou\u0161et, mi dal nad\u011bji a motivaci. Pokud jste na tom podobn\u011b jako j\u00e1 a chcete zjistit, na \u010dem jste, doporu\u010duju tohle vyzkou\u0161et. Nikdo v\u00e1s nehod\u00ed hned do re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho provozu, ale d\u00e1 v\u00e1m to cennou zp\u011btnou vazbu. A t\u0159eba to bude prvn\u00ed krok zp\u00e1tky k samostatnosti. \u00a0U m\u011b to mo\u017en\u00e1 nebude hned tak n\u00e1vrat za volant. Ale ten moment, kdy jsem si dok\u00e1zala p\u0159iznat, jak na tom opravdu jsem \u2013 i kdy\u017e to nebylo to, co jsem si p\u0159\u00e1la, mi pomohl pochopit, \u017ee se d\u00e1l budu sna\u017eit.
